Verification of the date of consumer purchase is required for product to qualify under Galtech’s warranty. Galtech International warrants that these products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use and proper assembly as follows:
What is not covered: DAMAGE CAUSED FROM WIND CONDITIONS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Damage indicative of wind include broken ribs and bent aluminum poles. Replacement of warranty items will be determined upon factory discretion. If residential umbrella is used for commercial usage, the warranty becomes invalid.

Covers are warranted against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions for the following duration:

NOTE: This product is custom sewn, manufactured and assembled per your specific color requirements and dimensional sizes. Due to “custom fabrication” per your specific order, these units are “NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE” for any reason outside of clear manufacturing defects. Orders can not be cancelled once items have been processed to the manufacturing plant which usually occurs within 1-2 business days of initial order. All sales are considered final!
